About this class
For everyone who has made beer their passion and would like to know more about the production of beer. During our brewery tour, you will take a look behind the scenes and learn how the fine seasoning is produced by hand, which later matures into our beer specialties.
The brewery tour led by the certified brewer offers you, among other things: Together, we learn in raw materials science how individual ingredients affect beer color, taste, foam and aromas. There is an introduction to brewing technology and production of beer, including important technical terms such as bottom-fermented, top-fermented, original wort or cold hopping. We also taste three different beers with a strong character and try to experience the liquid gold with all our senses. In addition, entertainment is also not neglected. This ranges from anecdotes, beer garden culture, the origin of beer styles and historical facts about beer and health, glass culture to the world of craft breweries and international beer diversity.
